The Big Difference programme is our colleague-led social impact programme that empowers us to make a big difference to the causes we care about the most in our local communities.
In support of our Group-wide People and Planet Plan target to deliver 100,000 days to local communities by 2030, all colleagues are given two days every year to volunteer and we can also access funds to make donations to charities and match our personal and team fundraising efforts.
