The nine-month programme sees seven former athletes take on various roles across our business, including Performance and Talent Consultant, Change Delivery Manager and Net Zero Commercial Analyst.
They’ll each be offered all the support they need to help them flourish, with plenty of opportunities to progress and develop further with Centrica beyond their first placement.
